Heh,..not like we need to prosecute her,...she's already imprisoned in a global-biological net called "man". We've been chaining her down ever since we decided some giant imaginary friend told us WE were in charge. Pretty much from that day forth we figured she was liable for criminal negligence for failing to take care of her children correctly,..so we started a giant campaign of shutting her out and trying to take over the job ourselves. Aren't we doing great!

I was thinking...since when a child or person not able to stand in court you sue that child or person's parents or guardian for damages done by the child or person....

Hurricanes and earthquakes are natural events...so I plan on sueing Greenpeace and the Seirra Club. They consider themselves the guardians of nature. Therefore they are fiscally responsible.

Ha haaa!! YES!! Wait,..better yet,..bring a lawsuit against all monotheistic faiths! After all,..not only do most of their individual deities exclaim (through their holy writings), that, though we are the "stewards" of the earth, They are responsible for all that happens upon it,..but in addition, many of the world's religious leaders continuously exclaim that the natural disasters we have been seeing were "God's work" for this and that reason (punishment for sin, being gay, having abortions, whatever...). This means technically,...that He is liable for damages to all those who were affected collaterally... Since He isn't about to step into court any time soon,..sounds like the Organized Faiths need to pony up!!!
