I'm pretty sure this is an issue with any anthro comic that has and features non-morphic animals.

So in regards to the slop universe, I've been thinking. We've seen feral pigs and cows and all that, so, is every morph in this universe an omnivore? Would say, a cow morph look at eating a hambuger as something taboo? How weird would it be for a dog morph to have a pet feral dog, or a lynx morph wearing a feral lynx fur coat?

I pretty much hold true that it might be like it is now, it depends on the region. Like how in America it's taboo to eat horse meat, but in other places people don't see a problem with it.

How about your thoughts guys? What do you think about the relationship between feral and morphic creatures in this universe?

It's taboo to eat horse meat? Really? I don't think so. It's just illegal, like buying Cuban cigars. But I think that's getting away from the point you were trying to make. The animals in Slop are likely viewed by its denizens like how we view chimps, monkeys, and other simians. "Hey, here are some animals that are kinda' like us but not because they're still animals," is how I perceive it to be. Use to fulfill a need wins out over empathy. They would still get turned into food, beasts of burden, and pets without a thought or a care as to similarities.

The obvious differe nce feral to morph is intelligence. Why shouldn't Marian have a froo - froo lap dog to yap when a client drops by?
