Actually, I have a few obvious observations.

First, we know Tony is never happy even when he's in a happy relationship, due to his 'dark side'.

Second, the last time we saw his 'dark side' surface against someone who wasn't a total asshat, was with Marian. Remember the 'shadow pig' sillouhet? He has that now.

Also, notice she speaks with his accent when 'she' mentions Brice and the others. I don't recall her speaking that way, previously.

I beleive that this is actually either a delusion, or Tony's 'evil' surfacing for an excuse to kill again. I don't think she is even remotely aware.

(Alternatively, I can confirm IRL that 'hippie chicks' can be like that. They can be unusually pro-human, and often find some ingenious ways to avoid being on the radar, yet still have a home, food, and live comfortably.)
