You know what's funny? I saw that pic the other day and it wasn't Mulefoot I thought of...but someone else I know who once met me at the bus station while wearing bib overalls. *grin*

I love that car (if only to laugh at since I used to live in Arkansas, home of the Razorbacks...).

However,...DUDE!!!! That shambling guy is TOTALLY backwoods Ozark! He's probably headed straight to his moonshine stil even as we speak!

At least he's walking past the handicapped parking slots.
So laugh all you want, there's a bunch of 'smart' folks out there that can't figure out what the blue marked parking places are for.
If folks wouldn't park in them that don't need to, then there wouldn't be so many of the damn blue parking slots.
But idjits keep parking in 'em, and the stores keep marking off more and more slots, so they don't get sued for not having enough.

I am sensitive to crippled people's places... I have a couple kinsmen dependant on them to get the shopping done. 'round here, no sticker or tag, $200 off the top, private or publkic lot.
