Might not be Mulefoot's style really, but the voice puts me in mind of him.

I like the voice. That would do just fine for Mulefoot in a radio play or animated production.

I always liked Randall Tex Cobb's voice too...

Michael Wincott has a good voice for the boar as well.

I've thought that Mandy Patinkin, Rube in Dead like Me, would have an excellent voice for Samel. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UPOaDqu6yk0

I'd vote for Kathleen Turner for Uthalla, but that's mostly because of the movie Serial Mom. She had the look and insanity that defines Uthy for me. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_sqOGo0tglU

I think the pig would sound like the three most valuable words (Pay per word) in entertainment:
James Earl Jones " THIS IS CNN"
I don't have a clip, but if you listen or watch, you've heard him. Killer pipes.

James Earl Jones.. voice of Mufasa and Darth Vader? Hmm.. I can see Mulefoot having a voice that deep, but ole JEJ would have to brush up on accents to get Mulefoot's right.

I think the guy that does the Allstate commercials, Dennis Haysbert, has a more appropriate voice. JEJ could easily do a southern accent, I'm sure, though.

Haysbert is close, but I have an aversion to Allstate Inshoance.

I'm sure he could too,...but the closest I recall him getting there was from his role in The Great White Hope....

I dunno' about that. Not arguing because I dunno' what Mr. Jones with a southern accent would sound like. Just trying to conjur that up mentally fails in a puff of disbelief.

Whatever happened to the idea that Tony's voice had more of a cement mixer quality to it like this fella'?

If Muley owned a semi, there would be a LOT more dead bodies coast to coast.

http://www.latimes.com/news/nationworld/nation/la-me-serialkillers5-2009apr05,0,2159458,full.story

"The FBI suspects that serial killers working as long-haul truckers are responsible for the slayings of hundreds of prostitutes, hitchhikers and stranded motorists whose bodies have been dumped near highways over the last three decades."
